Did the wifey thing last night. I'm my husband's biggest groupie. Last Night Tom Curren and Rip Curl opened Tom's signature store in Santa Barbara. The guys...the NOAHS (Tom, Marco, and Chris) played at the after party. It was Posh!

21 Preview and after part at Hard Rock Hotel

We went to see the preview of the film 21 starring Kevin Spacey, Jim Sturgess and Kate Bosworth. It's a fact based story about a small group of MIT students who were trained by their teacher to count cards which led them to win millions in Las Vegas. My husband Chris who is a too-smart-for-me engineer by trade, he dug the whole numbers thing but became bored after a while. For me, I enjoyed the movie however, with certain aspects of the film I could tell exactly what would happen next (okay, so what to you think might happen if you hid your ill-gained $300,000 in the ceiling of your dorm room?).

Kevin Spacey was pretty darn good, loved how evil and butt kickin' Lawrence Fishbourne was and the kids did exactly what was expected of young un's today. I'd say this film was a bit predictable yet enjoyable. Go see it!!

My Take:First, this car is fast, super fast. Sits low, hugs the road, takes turns well. I just love it. Second it's just perfectly eye catching yet a very comfortable ride. This car is NOT for the soccer mom unless she's having a girls night out. Then if so they've both got to carry small purses. Because two glam girls plus two super big bags is a bit much for the space available in this sexy-mobile. Okay so not to leave guys out... it is a chick magnet too. This is definitely a 3rd or 4th car-in-the-driveway type of car. Oh unless you are single (and lovin' it) then this is the car for you. No little kiddies, no mega groceries, just get in and drive.

How many folks I saw that need to hang up and drive while I had this one? A whopping 24!!!

My Girlfriend Trish had her __th birthday party this weekend. The (optional) theme was French Baroque from the Marie Antoinette era. Yes honey everyone had a great time and boy did people (not me) eat cake!

Rock Star Wife

Did my duty this weekend and was the ultimate groupie for my hot hubby. The band he's in (The NOAHS) band rocked out to packed theaters in Santa Barbara and Ventura, CA. Rock on Tom Curren (yeah, the surf legend), Marco Wood, and the always sexy Chris Swann!!

My Take: Wow it seemed like this car was going to be tough to handle.Kinda like a guy car but it wasn't. I was a bit intimidated at first. I almost want to call it a muscle car but I don't want to scare the ladies away. This car was easy for me to drive.
